Pearl Street Warehouse

Pearl Street Warehouse is the intimate, all-ages anchor of The Wharf's live-music ecosystem, operated by Union Stage Presents (the same team behind Union Stage, The Howard Theatre, and Miracle Theatre). With a 300-person capacity and a low stage that puts performers nearly at eye level with the audience, it offers one of DC's most immersive concert experiences.

The programming skews toward independent and emerging artists spanning rock, country, folk, and alternative, with something on the calendar nearly every night.
