Bossa Bistro + Lounge is an Adams Morgan institution and one of DC's most culturally rich nightlife experiences, serving simultaneously as an art gallery, Brazilian restaurant, live music stage, and dancing lounge for over 20 years. Live bands perform Wednesday through Sunday, covering bossa nova, samba, salsa, and Afro-beat.
The second floor runs DJ sets for those who want to dance. Bossa regularly hosts spoken word events and themed parties celebrating the African diaspora and South American traditions.
