The 9:30 Club is one of the most storied and acclaimed live music venues in the United States. Founded on May 31, 1980 at 930 F Street NW, it moved to its current location at 815 V Street in 1996. The club is co-owned by Seth Hurwitz and Richard Heinecke of IMP. Rolling Stone named it one of the 10 best live music venues in the US in 2018, and it has won Pollstar's 'Nightclub of the Year' award 13 times.
